A community studio tucked into Soi Ekkamai 12. Handstand and inversion classes run alongside Vinyasa, Ashtanga and restorative sessions, so there's a way in whether it's your first class or your hundredth.
Showers, lockers, towels and mats are provided, so you can come straight from work or your hotel.

Prices are for 75–90 min classes. 120-min Ashtanga and Handstand classes cost more. Unlimited excludes workshops. Duo Studio passes also work at sister studio Balance & Co (Sukhumvit 64). All plans are non-refundable.

Is Bird of Yoga good for complete beginners?
Yes. Basic Yoga, Stretching Yoga and the all-level classes are made for people starting out. The handstand classes are advanced.
Which plan should I buy if I'm in Bangkok for a week?
At about 3 classes, Hopping ×3 (฿1,590, valid 30 days) works out cheaper than three drop-ins at ฿600 each.
Which plan should I buy if I'm in Bangkok for a month?
If you practise 2–3 times a week, Unlimited 1 Month (฿4,990) is the better deal. It costs less than drop-ins from your 9th class.
Are classes taught in English?
Yes, classes are taught in English.
Do I need to bring a mat or towel?
No. Mats and towels are provided, and there are showers and lockers.
How do I get there from BTS Ekkamai?
The studio is on Soi Ekkamai 12, about 1.5 km up Ekkamai Road from BTS Ekkamai. That's roughly a 20-minute walk, or a few minutes by taxi or motorbike taxi.
